Order Processing Times

All custom T-shirt orders are made to order.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment, but please allow 7 - 10 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

  • International destinations (availability may vary)

If your country does not appear at checkout, we may not currently ship there.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customs processing times (international orders)

  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

We always help however we can—feel free to contact us if your package seems delayed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.

For lost or stolen packages:

  • Once an item is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to replace it for free.

  • If your package never arrives, contact us and we will open a case with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we can update it. If it has shipped, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs once the package is returned to us.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each T-shirt is custom created, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is an error on our part (wrong size, wrong print, etc.)
